The new Canadian corporate head office for Elizabeth Arden was a challenge. Style Construction Management built 12,000 square feet of finished office space out of a brand new shell building under the demanding time line of two months. The project called for a high grade of internationally specified finishes including custom millwork, custom glazing and custom floor covering.

Lego Canada Inc.

Lego wanted to relocate their Canadian corporate head office into a smaller space. We turned some warehouse space into finished office space, utilizing the high ceilings and windows and incorporated them into a clean and spacious design. Lego wanted to use their company colours throughout and used those in their paint and floor finishes, leaving them with a fun yet classy office space.

Adecco

For this Canadian flagship office Adecco wanted to portray the professionalism that they demand. This project involved unique design features such as various ceiling heights to add an interesting visual effect and a glass wall and glass entrance doors that needed to match what was already in the building lobby. In order to dress up the reception, a vinyl hardwood floor was used to match the wood trim around the bulk heads.

Crane

This was a relocation project, Crane was moving their corporate head office from Montreal to Toronto. In order not to have any down time, we did this project in two separate phases. In phase one they set up their Toronto offices and in phase two the executives made the move from Montreal. This included specialty finishes such as millwork, glazing complete with window frostings and carpet inserts.

Cartier

Style Construction Managment has built the Canadian corporate head offices of Cartier Canada in Mississauga. This 19,000 square feet of office and warehouse space was designed by Interior Architects, New York. The project required much liason between the architect and head office in New York as well as the client in Mississauga. It included such unique design features as a 'clean area' for the watchmakers including separate HVAC systems, and an 18' high oval boardroom. The space is high on style while being equally high on functionality.

Olsen Europe

This was a design/build project for the North American headquarters of Olsen Europe, a women's apparel company. Style Construction Managment worked with the client to plan the layout of the 9,000 square foot office area, which needed to include a full buyer's showroom. The 13,000 square foot warehouse area required a shipping and receiving area as well as vertical and horizontal garment racking. Olsen Europe knew that moving from downtown Toronto to Mississauga would be a challenge for the employees, so the goal was to make the new premises as inviting as possible. This included lighting upgrades to give the office more ambiance, as well as a large lunchroom for employees to enjoy.
